License Agreement

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of January 1, 2024, by and between SkunkPlatform (the "Licensor") and SkunkService's Promises (the "Licensee").

1. Grant of License

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to distribute the software (the "Licensed Material").

2. Restrictions

The Licensee agrees not to:

• Distribute or sell the Licensed Material without prior written consent from the Licensor.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Licensed Material without prior written consent from the Licensor.
• Use the Licensed Material for any unlawful purpose.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Licensed Material.

3. Ownership

The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Material, including any intellectual property rights associated therewith.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall continue until terminated by either party upon 60 days written notice. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease all use of the Licensed Material and destroy any copies in their possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Licensed Material is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Licensed Material, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

8. Acceptance

By using the Licensed Material, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
